Embarking on a transformative journey with EDKOR Construction, we implemented 5 Luxury Finished Products We Used At Our Espinosa Master Bathroom Remodeling Project – Palos Verdes Estates where our client’s master bedroom en-suite and master bathroom remodeling project turned into a masterpiece of design and functionality. From the outset, we undertook significant structural changes, reconstructing walls, and introducing new doorway openings to optimize the spatial layout.
Throughout the project, EDKOR Construction executed new rough framing, ensuring the structural integrity of the space. The incorporation of new rough and finished electrical elements, plumbing systems, and drywall added layers of modernity and efficiency. The finishing touches, including new carpentry and a tri-tone custom color paint scheme, elevated the aesthetics, creating a cohesive and visually pleasing atmosphere.
The DESIGN / BUILD process was integral to our success, ensuring a seamless integration of creative vision and practical implementation. The result was a stunningly revamped bathroom that not only met but exceeded the homeowner’s expectations. The addition of a composite tempered window flooded the space with natural light, creating an inviting ambiance.
A focal point of luxury emerged in the form of a Serena Aqua 3″x8″ tile surround, from SoHo Tile Co. the Serena Collection is a wall tile inspired by the hospitality and local color of typical Moroccan guesthouses, known for their exquisite tile work and welcoming ambiance. It is a collection that stands out for its jewel-toned colors and speckled handcrafted appeal that then adds another layer of richness with its variety of shades and uneven surface.
Complemented by an exquisite Elysium Tile mosaic Peach Crystal Ocean shower floor and linear band inlay. The elegance extended to the frameless 3/8 tempered glass sliding enclosure, providing a sleek and open feel to the shower area.

The cabinet showcased seamless integration of form and function, housing beautiful white PentalQuartz® – Thassos countertops. The luxurious setting was completed with hansgrohe plumbing fixtures, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall design.

To meet this need, the customer envisioned custom-built organizers that would not only maximize storage space but also exude a sense of exclusivity. Every inch of the closet was carefully considered, with tailor-made shelving, drawers, and hanging spaces designed to accommodate a diverse wardrobe. The emphasis on customization extended beyond mere functionality, with the customer aspiring for a personalized touch that reflects their unique style and preferences.
The architectural transformation was equally vital, introducing new arched openings that added a touch of elegance to the space. The choice of Lion Floor Natural Essence Plus – Sequoia Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring played a crucial role in achieving the desired ambiance. The continuity of this flooring throughout the entire space was a deliberate choice, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing flow from the master bedroom into the walk-in closet.

Recognizing these needs, we have had the privilege of helping our customer bring their dream laundry rooms to life. The dream laundry room is envisioned as a standalone haven, meticulously crafted to simplify the chore of laundering while adding a touch of elegance to the home. Our redesigns involve thoughtful consideration of every detail, from the selection of new cabinets to the installation of a dedicated rich hardwood walnut folding countertop becomes a central feature, providing a practical surface for neatly arranging and folding freshly laundered clothes. This countertop serves as a multifunctional space, facilitating the organization of clothes before they are returned to their designated spaces in the home.
The addition of a stainless steel laundry sink, seamlessly integrated with a pristine white quartz countertop, elevates the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the space. A fundamental element of a sink, washer, and dryer, forms the essential triad for efficiency. These appliances need to be complemented by an abundance of cabinets, creating ample storage space for detergents, fabric softeners, and other laundry essentials.
To add a personalized touch, we introduce a custom tile decorative backsplash, transforming the laundry room into a visual delight. This attention to detail not only enhances the overall ambiance but also contributes to a sense of pride and satisfaction in the completion of daily household tasks.
