From Vision Through Design To Reality In Our 8-Easy Step Process
Step 1: Reach Out
Send us your project information here on our website using the Consultation Request form – click here to go to the form.
Step 2: PHONE CONSULTATION
After submitting your project information, you’ll be prompted to schedule a phone consultation with the owner, Eduard Korinek. On this call, we will:
- Discuss the project expectations and ideas
- Go over pricing "FREE over-the-phone estimate"
- If we are a good fit for each other, we will schedule an in-person design consultation
Step 3: IN-PERSON DESIGN CONSULTATION
We will meet at your property and go into detail about the vision, discuss the project in depth providing you with valuable information that is exclusive to the consultation
Step 4: DESIGN & QUOTING
We will take measurements, and get everything we need to ensure we meet your expectations. Process all the information we collected to work on detailed plans and quote for your project.
Step 5: PRE-JOB PLANNING & WALKTHROUGH
We will tie up any loose ends and conduct a final walkthrough of your project. In this phase, you will be fully informed on the job details and what we will be building for you.
Step 6: WE GET TO WORK
"The BOMB goes off" and EDKOR Construction team gets to work, doing what we do best – creating a space for you to share memories for many years to come!
Step 7: INSPECTIONS & FINAL WALK-THROUGH
We wil conduct a final inspection and walk-through with you to ensure everything looks great and is up-to-standard. We will also talk about your one-year warranty and if you would like to continue with our home maintenance manager option.
Step 8: ENJOY YOUR SPACE TO THE FULLEST
You can start creating great memories in your new space!
