I really like the new bedroom and bathroom and laundry room. The bedroom is just really nice all put together and lovely living space. The bathroom is probably my favorite because that's where we got a new tile and it's a lot bigger than the previous bathroom. Even though there's not that much more square footage.
Eduard and his guys did a great job of designing it to be a really nice livable, usable bathroom.
I kind of lucked into finding EDKOR construction. I found some comments about him online. Some very positive comments about the company. So I contacted him and I contacted a couple others, and Eduard was definitely the most responsive to my calls, he came right away, answered my questions, responded to me when I had design ideas and moved forward.
The other people either wanted to change my design all around, or they didn't respond to me at all. Eduard was definitely the most responsive in that respect.
Once I started working with him, he and his guys were just fabulous. They're clean, they're neat, they're kind, they're considerate, they're good workers.
It was a pleasure having them in my house. My dogs didn't like the construction part very much, but we all got along. Tom threw the ball for Rocky every now and then and that made Rocky happy. So it was a very positive experience.
